Our Inspiration

On March 2nd, 2024, the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy held the inaugural Wonders of Pharmacy. This was an in-person, interactive event designed specifically for high school students interested in exploring the world of pharmacy and understanding medication use. The high school students were welcome to participate in a wide variety of stations, earn prizes, have complimentary lunch, and get a behind-the-scenes view of life with student pharmacists and practicing pharmacists.

The Wonders of Pharmacy event served as the catalyst for launching the podcast, which now functions as a means to perpetuate the spirit of the event while distributing information to a wider audience. Episodes will be posted weekly!
